Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds

Langming International Hong Kong Limited inspects returned items. If the return meets the policy, Langming International Hong Kong Limited approves the refund.
Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days from Langming International Hong Kong Limited's receipt of the returned item. This period applies to all refunds. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must wait the full processing period before contacting Langming International Hong Kong Limited about a missing refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
The customer must submit any claim for damaged or defective items within exactly 7 days of receipt. Prohibited Conduct

The customer must not resell products without written authorization. The customer must not use automated systems to access skirtleen.com in a manner that sends more requests than a human can produce in the same period. Langming International Hong Kong Limited may terminate access for violations.
Limitation of Liability

The customer agrees to indemnify Langming International Hong Kong Limited against claims arising from the customer's breach of these terms or misuse of skirtleen.com.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of skirtleen.com is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
